The Company wishes to announce that pursuant to the judgment entered against Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun on 30 August 2023, Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun are adjudged to pay a sum of RM84,643,170.00 to the Company (“judgment sum”) with interest of 5% per annum to be calculated from 22 September 2014 (the date of filing of the Writ of Summons) until full and final settlement of the judgment sum. |
