The Company wishes to announce that Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun had filed an application in the Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No.:22NCC-362-09/2014 to stay execution of the Judgement delivered by the High Court on 30 August 2023 [“Stay Application”]. The High Court has fixed 17 October 2023 for hearing of the Stay Application.
Any further development(s) of the above matters will be announced in due course. |
