We refer to the Company’s first announcement dated 31 May 2022 and subsequent announcements in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer and the disclosure requirements under Paragraph 4.1(c) of PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
On 30 June 2025, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Board, announced that Bursa Securities has resolved to approve the Proposed Regularisation Plan of the Company.
The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) regarding the development of the Proposed Regularisation Plan accordingly.
