(2) STATUS OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”)
We refer to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's (“Bursa Securities”) letter dated 4 August 2006 and wish to announce the status of progress of the Ventures of Sunway Group, details as set out in Table 1 below.
Pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.29 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, we also wish to announce the status of the MOU, details as set out in Table 2 below.

7.12.2012Letter of Award from Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore in respect of the tender of Land Parcel at Thomson Road/Irrawaddy Road for a 99-year lease term at S$492.5 million (equivalent to approximately RM1,231.25 million) to Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd, Sunway Developments Pte Ltd (a subsidiary of Sunway) and Hoi Hup J.V. Development Pte Ltd, which jointly submitted the tender (“the Project”).The Project is in progress.
19.03.2013Letter of award worth RM304 million from Cititower Sdn Bhd [a joint venture company between KLCC (Holdings) Sdn Bhd and QD Asia Pasific Ltd] to Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of Sunway) for package 1: construction and completion of North East Car Park (NEC) underneath KLCC Park and associated works for the proposed Lot 185, Lot 167(K) and Lot 176 mixed development at Persiaran KLCC, Kuala Lumpur City Centre (“the Project”).The Project has generated revenue, recognised and consolidated in the quarterly results of Sunway.

17.09.2013Letter of award from Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore in respect of the tender of Land Parcel at Mount Sophia, known as Land Parcel 875 for a 99-year lease term at S$442.28 million (equivalent to approximately RM1.132 billion) to Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd, Sunway Developments Pte Ltd (a subsidiary of Sunway) and S C Wong Holdings Pte Ltd, which jointly submitted the tender (“the Project”).The Project is in progress.
