Kindly be advised that the abovementioned Company’s additional 473,600 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each issued as follows:-

(i) 318,600 new ordinary shares arising from the aforesaid Exercise; and

(ii) 155,000 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the aforesaid Scheme

will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 22 December 2014.
