Kindly be advised that the abovementioned Company’s additional 25,452 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each issued as follows:-

(i) 24,800 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the aforesaid Scheme; and

(ii) 652 new ordinary shares arising from the aforesaid Exercise

will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 6 August 2014.
