Kindly be advised that the abovementioned Company’s additional 1,471,461 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each issued as follows:-

(i) 601,500 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the aforesaid Scheme; and

(ii) 869,961 new ordinary shares arising from the aforesaid Exercise

will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 14 October 2014.
