Pursuant to Chapter 14, Paragraph 14.06(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce that Mr Chan Hoi Choy, a Principal Officer of Sunway has accepted 225,000 share options granted under Sunway's Employees' Share Option Scheme 2013/2019 on 21 August 2014. The vesting of share options granted under Sunway's Employees' Share Option Scheme 2013/2019 is subject to fulfilment of the vesting conditions as at the vesting dates i.e. 2 September 2014 (actual), 2 September 2015 (expected date) and 2 September 2016 (expected date) respectively.
