We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway Holdings Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway had on 10 September 2014, incorporated a new subsidiary, Sunway Construction Group Berhad (“SCGB").

SCGB has an authorised and paid-up share capital of RM400,000/- and RM2/- respectively. Its intended principal activity is investment holding.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
