Pursuant to Chapter 14, Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce that Puan Sri Datin Seri (Dr) Susan Cheah Seok Cheng, a Principal Officer of Sunway, has given notice of the dealings in the securities of Sunway outside the closed period by the companies in which Puan Sri Datin Seri (Dr) Susan Cheah Seok Cheng has an interest pursuant to Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965, details as set out in the Table below.
