We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway Real Estate (China) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway had on 27 January 2015, incorporated a private limited company known as Zhuhai Sunway Consultancy Co., Ltd.


Zhuhai Sunway Consultancy Co., Ltd. is a company incorporated in China and has authorised capital of RMB200,000.00. Its intended principal activity is provision of management consultation services. 


None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
