Kindly be advised that the abovementioned Company’s additional 399,400 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each issued as follows:-

(i) 59,400 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the aforesaid Scheme; and

(ii) 340,000 new ordinary shares arising from the aforesaid Exercise

will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 9 February 2015.
