We refer to our announcements dated 8 December 2014 and 28 January 2015 in relation to, inter alia, the execution of the Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") between SunwayMas Sdn Bhd (“SMSB”) and Daksina Harta Sdn Bhd (“DHSB”) (both subsidiaries of Sunway) and RHB Trustees Berhad as trustee of Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust ("Trustee") whereby SMSB and DHSB agreed to sell and the Trustee agreed to purchase all the individual strata titles for the various floors/storeys of all that office building known as “Wisma Sunway” located at No. 1, Jalan Tengku Ampuan Zabedah C9/C, Seksyen 9, 40100 Shah Alam, Selangor ("Proposed Disposal"). The Board of Directors of Sunway is pleased to announce that the Proposed Disposal has been completed on 23 March 2015 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
