Kindly be advised that the abovementioned Company’s additional 1,733,754 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each issued as follows:-

(i) 1,503,800 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the aforesaid Scheme; and

(ii) 229,954 new ordinary shares arising from the aforesaid Exercise

will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 27 March 2015.
