Kindly be advised that the abovementioned Company’s additional 3,431,521 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each issued as follows:-

(i) 2,121,800 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the aforesaid Scheme; and

(ii) 1,309,721 new ordinary shares arising from the aforesaid Exercise

will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 20 April 2015.
