We wish to announce that Sunway had on 22 April 2015, received a notice of nomination from a shareholder of Sunway nominating Messrs. BDO as the Auditors of Sunway for the financial year ending 31 December 2015 in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs Ernst & Young.

For the purpose of maintaining good corporate governance practice, the Board is of the opinion that the Company’s Auditors should be considered for rotation after an appropriate period of time. In addition, a rotation of Auditors will help enhance their independence.

The proposed appointment of Messrs. BDO as Auditors of Sunway is subject and conditional upon the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of Sunway.
