SUNWAY -(i) EMPLOYEES SHARE OPTION SCHEME (SCHEME) (ii) EXERCISE OF 1,147,862 WARRANTS 2011/2016 ("EXERCISE")

Kindly be advised that the abovementioned Company's additional 2,542,162 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each issued as follows:-

(i)         1,394,300 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the aforesaid Scheme; and

(ii)        1,147,862 new ordinary shares arising from the aforesaid Exercise

will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 30 April 2015.
