Kindly be advised that the abovementioned Company's additional 2,730,060 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each issued as follows:-
(i) 1,571,895 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the aforesaid Scheme; and
(ii) 1,158,165 new ordinary shares arising from the aforesaid Exercise
will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 5 May 2015.
