We wish to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 5th Annual General Meeting dated 29 May 2015 were duly approved by the shareholders of Sunway Berhad today. Ordinary Resolutions 1 to 9 and 11 as well as Special Resolution 1 were voted by way of show of hand, whilst Ordinary Resolution 10 was voted by way of poll.
