We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway City (S’pore) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Sunway City Sdn Bhd which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway has on 26 June 2015, incorporated a new subsidiary, Sunway Investment Holding (China) Pte Ltd (“SIHC”).

SIHC is a private limited company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore to undertake general investment holding in China, Guangdong Province in the People’s Republic of China. The paid-up share capital of SIHC is SGD1.00.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
