We wish to announce that Sunway PJ51A Sdn Bhd (“SPJ51A”), a subsidiary of Sunway, has been wound up voluntarily by its sole member on 13 July 2015 as it has been dormant.

SPJ51A was incorporated on 21 May 1984 with an authorised and paid-up share capital of RM2,000,000/- and RM1,500,000/- respectively. The principal activity of SPJ51A was investment holding and it has ceased operation since 2010.

SPJ51A has appointed Mr Ong Lai @ Ong Kong Lai and Mr Wong Cham Mew of Unit C-20-5, Block C, 20th Floor, Megan Avenue II, No. 12, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, 50450 Kuala Lumpur as its liquidators for the purpose of the member’s voluntary winding-up.

Other than the liquidation expenses, there are no material losses or effects on the net assets per share and earnings per share of Sunway Group arising from the abovementioned liquidation.
