- NOTIFICATION UNDER CHAPTER 14 OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ON DEALINGS IN SECURITIES

Pursuant to Chapter 14, Paragraph 14.06(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce that the following Principal Officers of Sunway have accepted the share options granted under Sunway’s Employees’ Share Option Scheme 2013/2019 (“ESOS”) on 28 August 2015.
