- REVISION TO THE PRINCIPAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMMERCIAL PAPERS ("CP") AND/OR MEDIUM TERM NOTES ("MTN") PURSUANT TO A CP/MTN PROGRAMME OF UP TO RM2.0 BILLION IN NOMINAL VALUE BY SUNWAY BERHAD ("CP/MTN PROGRAMME")

We refer to our announcements dated 28 October 2013 and 29 November 2013 in relation to the CP/MTN Programme.

The Board of Directors of Sunway is pleased to announce that Sunway has made a revision to the principal terms and conditions of the CP/MTN Programme incorporating the following:

  1. the replacement of RAM Rating Services Berhad with Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad as the credit rating agency; and
  2. the change in credit rating assigned from A2/P1 to MARC-1/AA-/stable.

The abovementioned revision to the principal terms and conditions of the CP/MTN Programme which is effective from 14 September 2015 has been notified to the Securities Commission Malaysia on 17 September 2015.
