We refer to our announcements dated 9 April 2015 and 15 September 2015 in relation to the acquisition of 5,373,983 ordinary shares of RM1/- each, representing 80% of the total issued and paid-up share capital (“Sale Shares”) of Winstar Trading Sdn Bhd (“WTSB”) by Sunway Holdings Sdn Bhd (“SunHoldings”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway. The first tranche of the Sale Shares comprising 60% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of WTSB was completed on 18 September 2015. Consequently, WTSB and its subsidiaries (“WTSB Group”) have become subsidiaries of SunHoldings. The details of WTSB and WTSB Group are set out in the table below. This announcement is dated 18 September 2015. |
