Pursuant to Chapter 14, Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce that Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr Jeffrey Cheah Fook Ling (Executive Chairman), Sarena Cheah Yean Tih (Executive Director) and Evan Cheah Yean Shin (Principal Officer) have given notice of the dealings in the securities of Sunway outside the closed period by Sungei Way Corporation Sdn Bhd, a company in which they have interest pursuant to Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965, details as set out in the Table below.
