We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway Holdings Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 29 April 2016, acquired two (2) ordinary shares of RM1/- each, representing 100% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Sunway Leadership Centre Sdn Bhd (“SLCSB”) for a total cash consideration of RM2/-. 

SLCSB was incorporated on 21 April 2016 and its authorised and paid-up share capital are RM400,000/- and RM2/- respectively. SLCSB is presently dormant and its intended principal activities are providing training services, training venue and other related activities.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect in the aforesaid acquisition.
