- OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME (ESOS)

We refer to our announcement dated 3 September 2013 in relation to the implementation of ESOS and offer of options (“Options”) under the ESOS.

Pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Sunway wishes to announce that Sunway has on 3 August 2016, offered new options to eligible employees under its ESOS. The employees have 1 month period to accept the new options, the details of which are as follows:
