We wish to announce that Sunway Homes (MM2H) Sdn Bhd (“Sunway Homes”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway, had on 22 January 2016, applied to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) for striking off pursuant to Section 308 of the Companies Act, 1965.
 

The CCM had replied via its letter dated 8 November 2016, which was received on 28 November 2016, enclosing a notice informing that at the expiration of 3 months from the date of the notice, Sunway Homes’s name will, unless cause is shown to the contrary, be struck off the register by the CCM and Sunway Homes will be dissolved.

Sunway Homes is a dormant company which was incorporated on 30 April 2001. The authorised and paid-up share capital of Sunway Homes are RM100,000/- and RM50,000/- respectively.

The striking off of Sunway Homes has no material financial effect on Sunway.
