We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway City Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway has on  5 December 2016, incorporated a private limited company known as  Sunway (Tianjin) Management Consultancy Co. Ltd (“Sunway Tianjin”).

Sunway Tianjin is a company incorporated in China and has a total investment and registered capital of RMB5,000,000.00 respectively. Its intended principal activities are provision of management consultation and advisory services. 

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
