We wish to announce that we have been notified by our Indonesian counterpart on 8 December 2016 that PT Sunway Indoquip (“PTSI”) and PT Sunway Marketing Indonesia (“PTMI”), both subsidiaries of Sunway, had been voluntarily wound up on 20 June 2016 and 28 July 2016 respectively.

 

The details of PTSI and PTMI are as follows:
