We wish to announce that Sunway Property (China) Limited (“SPC”), a subsidiary of Sunway, had on 29 September 2016 applied to the Companies Registry of Hong Kong for deregistration pursuant to Section 750 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622).

The Companies Registry of Hong Kong had published a Gazette Notice 686 on 10 February 2017 informing that SPC has been deregistered and dissolved on 10 February 2017. 

SPC is a dormant company which was incorporated in Hong Kong on 23 December 2005. The paid-up share capital of SPC is HKD1,000/-.

The deregistration of SPC has no material financial effect on Sunway. 

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid deregistration.
