We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway Holdings Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway has on  1 March 2017, incorporated a private limited company known as  Sunway Money Sdn Bhd (“Sunway Money”).

Sunway Money is a company incorporated in Malaysia and has a total number of 2 ordinary shares with issued and paid-up capital of RM2/-. Its intended principal activity is investment holding.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
