Second interim single tier dividend via a share dividend distribution of approximately 20.3 million treasury shares on the basis of 1 treasury share for every 100 ordinary shares held. Fractions of treasury shares will be disregarded.

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 11 Apr 2017
2)  The last date of lodgment : 13 Apr 2017
3)  Date Payable : 28 Apr 2017

Remarks: The treasury shares to be distributed under the share dividend will be credited into the entitled depositors' securities accounts maintained with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd on 28 April 2017. Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant.
