- NOTIFICATION UNDER CHAPTER 14 OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ON DEALINGS IN SECURITIES

Pursuant to Chapter 14, Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce that the following Directors and Principal Officer of Sunway have given notice of their receipt of ordinary shares in Sunway pursuant to the distribution of a second interim single tier dividend via a share dividend distribution on the basis of 1 treasury share for every 100 ordinary shares held in Sunway, on 28 April 2017 (“Share Dividend Distribution”), details as set out in the Table below:-
