We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway City Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway, has on 7 June 2017,  incorporated a private limited company known as Sunway Iskandar Medical Centre Sdn Bhd (“Sunway Iskandar Medical Centre”)

Sunway Iskandar Medical Centre is a company incorporated in Malaysia and has issued and paid-up capital of RM2/- comprising 2 ordinary shares. Its intended principal activity is operator of medical centre in Johor. 

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
