We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway City Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway has on 11 August 2017, incorporated a private limited company known as Sunway Sustainability Solutions Sdn Bhd (“Sunway Sustainability Solutions”).

Sunway Sustainability Solutions is a company incorporated in Malaysia and has issued and paid-up capital of RM2/- comprising 2 ordinary shares. Its intended principal activity is provision of consultancy and advisory services in relation to green energy and sustainability for buildings, township and environment.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
