| Outcome of Meeting | We wish to announce that the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 28 July 2017 were duly approved by the shareholders of Sunway Berhad ("Sunway") at the EGM held today. The resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by BDO Governance Advisory Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by Sunway.
