We refer to the announcements dated 14 June 2017, 11 July 2017, 24 July 2017, 30 August 2017, 7 September 2017 and 5 October 2017 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that 2,799,885,894 new ordinary shares in Sunway and 629,970,466 Warrants issued pursuant to the Proposals have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 6 October 2017, marking the completion of the Proposals.
