We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway City (S’pore) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Sunway City Sdn Bhd which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway, has on 30 November 2017, incorporated a private limited company known as  Sunway Global Investment Pte Ltd.

Sunway Global Investment Pte Ltd is a company incorporated in Singapore and has issued and paid-up share capital of SGD0.06. Its intended principal activity is investment holding. 

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
