We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway Medical Centre Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Sunway, has on 24 April 2018, incorporated a private limited company known as Sunway Medical Centre (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

Sunway Medical Centre (Singapore) Pte Ltd is a company incorporated in Singapore and has issued and paid-up share capital of SGD2/-. Its intended principal activities are provision of healthcare services including clinics and other general medical services as well as specialized medical services and day surgical centres and other related services.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
