We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway Marketing (S) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Sunway has on 14 May 2018, incorporated a private limited company known as Sunway Marketing (Vietnam) Co Ltd [“Sunway Marketing (Vietnam)”] in Vietnam. The certificate of incorporation was received on 18 May 2018.

Sunway Marketing (Vietnam) is a company incorporated in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and has issued and paid-up share capital of US$100,000. Its intended principal activity is trading in hoses and fittings, heavy equipment and parts.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
