We refer to our announcement dated 26 June 2018 in relation to the disposal of the entire 300,000 ordinary shares representing 30% equity interest in Hoi Hup Sunway Novena Pte Ltd by Sunway Developments Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway Holdings Sdn Bhd which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway, to Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd for a cash consideration of SGD39,881,490.78 (equivalent to approximately RM118.2 million) (“Proposed Disposal”).

The Board of Directors of Sunway is pleased to announce that the Proposed Disposal has been completed on 10 July 2018 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
