We wish to announce that Sunway Cavity Wall Panel (S) Pte Ltd (“SCWP”), a subsidiary of Sunway, had on 12 October 2018 applied to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, Singapore (“ACRA”) for striking its name off the Register pursuant to Section 344A of the Singapore Companies Act, Cap. 50.

The ACRA had via its letter dated 16 October 2018, which was received on even date, informed that at the expiration of 30 days from the letter, a notice will be published in the Singapore Government Gazette of the striking off. If there is no objection received within 60 days from the notice, the name of SCWP will be struck off from the Register of ACRA.

SCWP is a dormant company which was incorporated on 21 January 2008. The share capital of SCWP is SGD250,000.00.

The striking off of SCWP has no material financial effect on Sunway.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid striking off.
