Further to Sunway’s announcements made on 4 December 2012, 23 January 2013 and 8 December 2017 in relation to, inter alia, the Proposed Acquisition of Western Pendas South Land and the Second Plot, the Board of Directors of Sunway is pleased to announce that the parties to the SPA have agreed that the balance purchase consideration of Western Pendas South Land and the Second Plot shall be paid in a single payment. SIDSB paid the balance purchase consideration in full on 30 November 2018 and therefore, the Proposed Acquisition of Western Pendas South Land and the Second Plot completed on 30 November 2018.
