We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway City (S’pore) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Sunway City Sdn Bhd which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway, has on 6 December 2018, incorporated a private limited company known as Primary Selection Pte Ltd.

Primary Selection Pte Ltd is a company incorporated in Singapore and has issued and paid-up share capital of SGD1/-. Its intended principal activity is investment holding. 

None of the directors or major shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
