We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway Holdings Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway, had on  27 February 2019, incorporated a private limited company known as Sunway Factoring Sdn Bhd (“Sunway Factoring”).

Sunway Factoring is a company incorporated in Malaysia and has an issued and paid-up share capital of RM1/- comprising 1 ordinary share. Its intended principal activity is factoring business.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
