Second interim single tier dividend via a share dividend distribution of approximately 48.5 million treasury shares on the basis of 1 treasury share for every 100 existing ordinary shares held. Fractions of treasury shares will be disregarded.

2)  The last date of lodgment : 03 Apr 2019
3)  Date Payable : 18 Apr 2019

Remarks: The treasury shares to be distributed under the share dividend will be credited into the entitled depositors' securities accounts maintained with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd on 18 April 2019.
