We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway City Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway, has on 7 March 2019, incorporated a private limited company known as Sunway Property Management Sdn Bhd (“SPM”).

SPM is a company incorporated in Malaysia and has an issued and paid-up share capital of RM2/- comprising 2 ordinary shares. Its intended principal activity is provision of accommodation management services.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
