We refer to our announcement dated 12 December 2018 in relation to the deregistration of Sunway Daechang Forging Investment Limited (“SDF”).

 

The Companies Registry of Hong Kong had published a Gazette Notice pursuant to Section 751 (6) of the Companies Ordinance on 29 March 2019 that SDF has been deregistered on 29 March 2019.

 

This announcement is dated 1 April 2019.
