Sunway Property (Australia) Pty Ltd is a company incorporated in Australia and has issued and paid-up share capital of AUD2/- comprising 2 ordinary shares. Its intended principal activity is investment holding.

None of the directors or major shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
